FPA NOTICE: eBay Registration Suspension - User Agreement - Abusing

It's another of those HTML mails formatted to look like plain text, so they
can hide the URL. Nice that it gives you instructions on how to deal with
this email if you don't have Internet access. Not so sure how you'd have
got the mail, then, though.
