11:00 11:45 Networking
Please bring 30 business cards. Do not distribute your brochures on the lunch
tables. There will be a separate table for your business information. No one
will be permitted after 12:15. Please arrive early.
11:45-12:00 Introductions
There will be a two minute intro on SmallCompanies.com . We will then circle
the room and give everyone a chance to stand and give a 15 second intro (Name,
Company and one sentence business description). Please keep your intro to 15
seconds or less. Thanks.
12:00-12:45 pm Lunch
Enjoy your meal. I will collect a business card from everyone with working
email address. This will enable us to send you a spreadsheet with the attendee
contact info.
12:45 1:00 Wrap-up
We will wrap things up, thank the sponsor and give everyone a chance to
continue their conversations and networking. In general these lunches last from
11 to 1 pm.
We host these lunches each month and you are welcome to return and use these
events as part of your marketing program. Please keep in mind who the sponsor
is and how you may help them. Bring someone with you next month to introduce to
the sponsor. If you are interested in sponsoring please call me at 410-638-5083.
We waive the marketing fee for the first event. You simply buy lunch. If you
continue with a six or twelve month program we charge a marketing fee of $500
per event. You continue to pay for lunch.
