I doubt that Camelot run the National Lottery from a wanadoo address, and my
understanding of the rules is that you have to *enter*, and match some
numbers up, not just wait for them to email you and hand you cash.

They've gone for some real attention to detail *apart* from that, though. I
think it actually *is* based in Liverpool, and they've quoted the payout in
UK pounds, not US dollars. That's realism for you.
