This is a public safety announcement on behalf of the Spam Recycling Centre:

Another example of a paypal scam email. Some look more convincing than
others, this one's just pathetic. Paypal would never issue something like
this, so you can be safe in the knowledge that although it claims to be
paypal, it's just another spamming scamming twunt, and should be laughed at
in a confident, self-assured manner. Like this:

Ha-ha! You're a spamming twunt!
