Oh, is the Bank of England owned by Microsoft now?

Not too surprising, I guess. A bit odd that a UK lottery, paying out from
the Bank of England, to an English person, would explain how much that is in
US dollars, but never mind - I'm not one to look a gift OS in the
filesystem.
