Wow, thats both hilarious and disturbing. Not only is that blatant spam, but it was obviously not sent by DentalPlans.com, as they have a reputation to uphold and likely wouldn't send out spam.
Sad. Especially sad when one of the items I sell online is in fact dental plans. Thankfully, most of us utilize legitimate advertising methods - and twits like that don't stick around too long.

If it was actually from them, you'd certainly think they'd send from their own domain.
Probably someone abusing an affiliate scheme, who'll soon get banned for spamming.
